About

Huibing Wu, M.C., R.Psych
Registered Psychologist

Therapy is a space to rediscover meaning, understand yourself deeply, and move through life’s challenges with compassion and clarity.”

I hold both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology, driven by a lifelong curiosity about what gives life meaning. To me, being human is about embracing the full range of our experiences,  joy and success, but also sadness and failure, which often bring the deepest growth and wisdom.

My approach is client-centred. While many clients may come in with similar concerns, such as anxiety or depression, the story and meaning behind each experience are unique. I draw from different therapeutic approaches to meet each person’s individual needs, offering support, understanding, and care through life’s challenges.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking and travelling. Hiking reminds me that life has its own rhythm; there are ups and downs, but every step counts when we walk at our own pace. Travelling allows me to experience new cultures and perspectives, which continually enrich my understanding of people and the human experience.
