I have a Master's degree in Clinical Social work, and I am a Registered Social Worker with the Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia college of social workers. I have been in the helping profession since 2014, amassing clinical experience in trauma, abuse, emotional dysregulation, and Personality disorders. I have worked with indigenous families and communities, providing a safe environment to process and understand how the different dynamics in a client's family contribute to the present situation.
Believing that no one approach is ideal for every Individual, I draw from different clinical modalities like Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), EMDR, Inner child work, Motivational interviewing, Person-centered approach, and trauma-informed therapy.
