Life has its own unique journey, and it has been my passion to understand my own journey and to help others. This has led me to explore working with youth, families and various systems that serve them. During this process my interest grew in providing support and building capacity in helping individuals to navigate their challenges and to help transform aspects of their lives. I’m truly invested in supporting my clients to put things into perspective and helping them to make sense of their own realities and situations.
Therapeutic relationship is one of the key aspects for growth. I find value in connecting in a unique manner with each client and I feel privileged to be a part of the journey of others.

I love spending time with family and friends I have a passion for water and my favorite moment is being in a swimming pool! I love the company of humorous individuals over a delicious meal. I have a generational sweet tooth and I laugh every time that I promise myself that I will ease up on the sweets knowing that the chances are slim!!!
