Rates:
Free/20 minutes session.
$180- 200/ Individual Session.
$320/ Couple Session.
$330/ Family Session.
$100-80/ Sliding Scale Rate

Everyone deserves mental health support regardless of income. Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Contact us to discuss your options.
Session Length:
50 minutes for Individual sessions.
90 minutes for Family and couples sessions.
Accepted Insurance Plan: We provide direct billing to Alberta Blue cross, Medevie BlueCross, Green shield, SSQ and Empire Life Insurance.
We also provide services to clients who are covered under the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) and Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP)
Clients with other insurance providers are required to self-pay and be provided with a receipt to make a claim from their insurance.
Accepted Payment Methods: Email Transfer, Credit/ Debit Card.
We’re pleased to offer free counselling sessions provided by our qualified intern therapist under professional supervision. These sessions create an opportunity for clients to receive quality support at no cost, while helping our interns gain valuable clinical experience.
