About

Courtney McCollough, B.A., RP
Registered Psychotherapist

"Change begins when we stop believing the stories that keep us small and start creating a life that feels true to who we are.”

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I support clients in identifying and releasing limiting beliefs, healing from trauma, and creating lives grounded in authenticity and emotional freedom.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from Carleton University, with a concentration in Image, Politics, and Persuasion. I also completed a post-graduate program in Psychotherapy at the Transformational Arts College in Toronto.

To offer a holistic and integrative approach, I have completed certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, and Success Coaching. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where clients can understand their patterns, connect with their inner strengths, and move toward lasting change.

Zeroit Counselling Services acknowledges with deep respect that our office, located at 259 Midpark Way SE in Calgary, stands on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda Nations (Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Wesley). We also recognize and honor the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, whose people have long made their home in this area. We express our respect and gratitude to the Indigenous Peoples who have cared for this land for countless generations. As a counselling practice, we are committed to fostering healing, respect, and reconciliation — acknowledging the strength, wisdom, and resilience of Indigenous communities past, present, and future.
